Essential/Key Areas of Responsibility:

Prepare documents for scanning by removing all binding elements. (paper clips, staples, etc.)
Insert document separator sheets when applicable.
Ability to lift 30 - 40 lbs.

Requirements:

Experience with prepping and scanning documents.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Technical Skills and Proficiency:

Knowledge of document prepping and scanning process.
Knowledge of scanning software.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Environment.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
